Mazzucchelli 60mm stroke
We use only Mazzucchelli longstroke fullcircle crankshafts as these are made of tempered high quality material and have a optimal press fit for the crank pin.
The standard longstroke crankshafts are of minor quality material und tend to distort or even shear off.
We disassemble the full circle crankshaft and reshape both crank webs symmetrically (balance). Then the webs are pressed onto the crank pin and accurately aligned.
This workmanship considerably improves both, the gasflow and the balance factor.
Result: Significantly more power and a smoother running engine.
Mazzucchelli 62,5mm stroke
Same as above but built with an excentric crank pin that increases stroke to 62,5mm.
The con rod is optimised and a special high performance bearing used.
